Yes for now, we are offering free shipping on all orders above Rs. 599.

Your order will be dispatched within two business days of placement. Public holidays, local holidays, and festivals may impact dispatch times.

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and cash on delivery (COD). Please note that for COD orders, an additional fee of Rs. 110 is applicable.

At checkout, enter your discount code in the "Apply Coupon" field and click "Apply." The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

Yes, you can request an address change but please inform us immediately by emailing support@elankef.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding to international shipping soon!

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can inform us immediately if you wish to cancel.

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy because your satisfaction matters to us. If your T-shirt isn’t the perfect fit or you change your mind, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
